2024 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING NOTICE

Basketball NWT (BNWT) will be hosting the 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on May 26th, 2024 at 10:30 AM. BNWT is encouraging all active members to attend the 2024 AGM. The meeting will be conducted in-person. The meeting will take place in the Don Cooper Building (1st floor). 

Agenda:
1)  Call to order and roll call
2)  Adoption of agenda
3)  Approval of minutes of previous annual general meeting
4)  Business arising from the minutes
5)  President’s report
6)  Financial report and approval of financial statements
7)  Director and regional reports
8)  Amendments to Constitution and Bylaws
9)  New Business
10) Election of Directors
11) Adjournment
